Effective date: 17 July 2026
By using 10of10 (Virtual Atelier, hereinafter the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree — do not use the Service.
The Service is a virtual clothing try-on: you upload photos, a team of AI experts shows the item on you, takes measurements from the photo, selects a colour palette and gives recommendations, and also helps find similar products. The Service is under active development; individual features may change, appear or be temporarily unavailable.
Some features require sign-in (for example, via Google). You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure. The Service is not intended for persons under 16 years of age (the age of digital consent under the GDPR in Poland). We may limit the number of accounts per device and apply measures against abuse.
The Service operates on a freemium model, with no subscription. A free resource ("energy") is available every day and replenishes on its own. Additional energy can be purchased in packs:
These are one-off purchases, not recurring charges. We may change the composition of packs and prices; changes do not affect energy already purchased.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy issues the invoice, collects taxes and processes payment data; we do not receive or store your card data. Lemon Squeezy's terms also apply to the payment. Refunds — see the Refund Policy.
You upload only your own photographs (or photos that you have the right/consent to use). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process and store it solely to provide the Service (try-on, measurements, advice, profile history) — as described in the Privacy Policy. The rights to your photos remain with you. It is prohibited to upload other people's images without consent, content involving minors in an inadmissible manner, or unlawful content.
You may not: breach the law and the rights of third parties; upload photos of other people without their consent; upload images of minors in a sexual, degrading or otherwise inadmissible context; create explicit (sexual), misleading or impersonating content; circumvent limits, payments and protections; harm the operation of the Service; use the Service to deceive buyers. Image processing is performed by the AI provider (Google) with its own safety filters, which block some inadmissible content — but responsibility for the material you upload remains with you. We may suspend access in the event of a breach.
The "10/10" brand, the names and images of the experts, the interface and the materials of the Service belong to us. Your user content remains yours. Try-on images generated for you are provided for personal use.
The atelier is the considered work of a team of AI specialists, but they, like people, can make mistakes. Measurements, sizes, palette, scores and advice are of an evaluative, informational nature — please double-check the responses. Generated try-on photos and videos are an approximation, not an exact depiction of how the item will fit and look in reality. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the fit, size or final outcome of the purchase, and this does not replace professional (including medical) advice. The final purchase decision is yours. The verdict score is not adjusted to favour a sale. This section does not affect mandatory consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features, including in connection with development. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the website.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for purchase decisions made on the basis of the Service's recommendations. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (for example, for intent or gross negligence), nor does it affect mandatory consumer rights. In some jurisdictions the limitation of certain types of liability is not permitted — in that case the minimum permitted by the law of your country applies.
You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data. We may close access in the event of a breach of the Terms.
These Terms are governed by the law of Poland, where the operator conducts its activity. If you are a consumer, you additionally retain the mandatory rights and protections provided by the law of your country of habitual residence; nothing here overrides those rights. Any mandatory pre-litigation procedure and jurisdiction are determined by applicable consumer legislation.
